How do recipients get their Gift Card?

They will receive an email with your message, the value of your gift, and a unique gift card code.

How do  recipients redeem their gift card?

Simply enter the gift card's unique code  when prompted at final check out when purchasing tickets for any of our concerts.

What if the final cost of tickets is more than the Gift card?

Recipients simply pay the extra amount with a credit card to complete the ticket purchase.

What if the final cost of tickets is less than the Gift card? 

Any amount left on the card  can be used for future ticket purchases.

Can gift cards be redeemed in person? 

At present these can only be redeemed with online ticket purchases

How long is my Gift Cards valid for? 

Cards must be redeemed within 24 months from date of purchase
